I was thinking the same as TampaBayLady. One injection = needle goes in one time. Bilateral... bi = two... has to be more than one entrance of the needle.

It does have to go in twice but bilaterally. In the example given the areas don't make sense first it's the wrong code entirely for the areas, secondly the two areas mentioned aren't bilateral to each...
